About The Mill Mom

The Mill Mom is a wellness community of moms building bodies, babies, and businesses. We do this by hosting prayer calls, coworking sessions for moms with and without childcare, stroller walks, postpartum resources, and workouts. The Millennial Mompreneur began as a podcast and has evolved into a thriving community through free and paid events and through our membership community- The Mill Mom Collective. The Millennial Mompreneur continues to thrive and grow under the leadership of its Founder, Elena in Motion.

Meet the Founder

Elena is a devoted Follower of Christ, wife and Millennial Mompreneur committed to building strong families through the women who nurture them. Elena is the Founder of Bless the Body, a home to wellness communities dedicated to supporting  the whole woman. She is certified with the American Council on Exercise and holds two additional certifications in Dance Cardio & Pre/Postnatal Fitness Currently,  she serves hundreds of moms in Atlanta, GA through the Bless the Body wellness community, The Millennial Mompreneur. Through The Mill Mom community, her goal is for women to build strong bodies – both spiritually and physically, babies, and businesses.

Originally from Michigan, Elena discovered and cultivated her love for movement when she was a 4 year old dance student. In high school, she became the first African American on her school's championship Pompon team. She then danced as an Ooh La La! dancer at the illustrious Howard University, and continued her dance career as an NFL Cheerleader for the then, Washington Redskins. As an NFL Cheerleader, she subsequently gained experience training for major fitness brands and gyms such as The North Face, Equinox, FlyBarre, and 305 Fitness. After years of training and certifications, she moved to Atlanta, GA to start her family.

After moving to Atlanta and settling as a new wife and mother, she became the co-founder of a Barre-based studio in Atlanta, GA. Before the pandemic, she transitioned her career and started Bless the Body. Prior to birthing her second child, she began her Youtube channel, Elena In Motion, to workout with women in their homes. Within a year of being a Mom of two, she found herself needing community, an easy way to exercise with a new baby, and honest conversations about mompreneurship as a Stay at Home Mom. In 2021, she created Stroller Bodies to build community and create an easier way for new moms to workout. In an effort to create space for women to continue their Christ-given purpose, she continues to build The Mill Mom through The Mill Mom TV, Stroller Bodies, and The Mill Mom Collective.
